Customer Service Representative – Travel & Hospitality Account (Urgent Hiring / One-Day Process)
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our premium Travel and Hospitality team. This is an urgent requirement with an accelerated, One-Day Onsite Process , designed for candidates seeking immediate employment.
No prior BPO or corporate experience is required. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to equip successful candidates with the necessary skills to manage international travel accounts. This position is strictly onsite at our MCA site location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service to international clients regarding flight itineraries, hotel reservations, car rentals, and cruise bookings via voice, email, or chat channels.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently manage travel disruptions, including flight cancellations, delays, baggage claims, and emergency rebookings, ensuring minimal inconvenience to the passenger.
- Account Management: Navigate and utilize specialized global distribution systems (GDS) and internal software to process booking modifications, cancellations, and premium upgrades accurately.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), and strict international data privacy guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: No previous work experience required. Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, fresh graduates, and career shifters.
- Language Proficiency: Strong B2 English communication skills (good oral proficiency, sound reading comprehension, and correct grammatical structure).
- Work Setup: Must be willing to work 100% Onsite at our designated MCA facility.
- Flexibility: Amenable to working in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on account operational demands.
