- Handle customer complaints and offer suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in creating a positive customer experience by addressing needs and providing support.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and optimize team performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (No experience required).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a blended account environment, adapting to various customer needs.
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedules including potential work-from-home options.
