Role Description
The Marketing Communications Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in Biñan, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home/ remote work flexibility. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication strategies that support brand awareness, product launches, and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing press releases, developing content for campaigns and corporate communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels such as digital, print, and internal communications. The Marketing Communications Lead will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams, manage relationships with media and external partners, and monitor the effectiveness of communication activities to recommend improvements. The role also involves maintaining brand guidelines, supporting public relations initiatives, and preparing reports and presentations for leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Communications and Strategic Communications skills for planning and executing integrated campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, for clear and effective messaging.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and/ or Public Relations for media engagement, announcements, and reputation management.
- Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing channels, basic analytics, and content creation tools.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience & Track Record
2–5+ years (commensurate with role) in brand management, PR, omnichannel campaigns, and digital/e-commerce marketing.
Proven hands-on experience managing social media and paid digital ads (e.g., Meta).
Technical & Project Skills
Content: Proficient in copywriting, press releases, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Analytics: Strong capability in tracking campaign metrics, engagement, and measuring ROI.
Management: Skilled in budget allocation, KPI monitoring, vendor negotiation, and workflow tools.
Leadership & Communication
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills for internal/external statements and media pitches.
PR & Crisis Management: Adept at building press relations, managing agencies, and advising leadership during critical events.
Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
