Position: Mandarin Mandarin Supply Chain Advisor Company Industry: Shared Services Work Location: Sta. Rosa City, Laguna Work Schedule: Midshift Schedule (2PM - 11PM or 3PM - 12MN) Salary: Php100,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid setup (2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Open to all undergraduates with relevant experience.
- With relevant experience in strategic procurement.
- With a background in SAP or (ERP) systems.
- Having relevant experience in markets, suppliers, and product categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
- Promoting company policies and values, prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance
