Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as customer service.
- With atleast 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding company.
- Amenable to work in Technopark, Binan Laguna
- Can attend face to face interview is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met, leading to high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meeting or exceeding customer expectations improves satisfaction and loyalty.
- Streamlined processes reduce errors and increase productivity.
- Superior customer service differentiates your warehouse from competitors.
