Position Title: Administrative Assistant – On-the-Job Trainee

The Administrative Assistant OJT will provide support to the Administration Department in performing daily office tasks, maintaining documents and records, and assisting with general administrative activities. This role provides hands-on experience in office administration, communication, and document management.

• Assist in organizing, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.

• Encode and update records, reports, and office files.

• Assist in preparing letters, emails, reports, and other administrative documents.

• Support the monitoring and tracking of documents for signature and submission.

• Assist in answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages.

• Help maintain office supplies and monitor inventory.

• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and other office activities.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Currently enrolled in a college program requiring on-the-job training.

• Preferably taking up Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related course.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work collaboratively with the team.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle documents with confidentiality.

• Develop practical skills in office administration and document management.

• Gain experience in professional communication and workplace procedures.

• Improve computer, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

• Understand daily office operations and administrative support functions.
