Brand Designer

Armada Brands builds direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines. Our goal is to create the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space. We formulate new products in the food supplement vertical as well as more broadly in the food & beverage market, addressing underserved consumer demands. We launch the products under new, proprietary brands. We follow a digital-first and DTC-centric approach with an omni-channel trajectory.

We are a start-up company that raised funding from investors including reputable venture capital firms as well as business angels from the Philippines and across Southeast Asia. We currently run a portfolio of two brands and are building multiple new brands for launch in the coming months. We are a group of e-commerce enthusiasts with a lot of excitement for DTC, digital marketing, and consumer brands.

We are looking for a Brand Designer to join us and help bring our brands to life. You'll create brand identities and visuals that make our products stand out and resonate with our audiences. The ideal candidate will share our excitement for DTC and have a strong eye for distinctive, consistent brand design.

Brand Designer

Role

• Lead the design and development of brand identities—including logos, typography, color palettes, and overall look & feel
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all touch points
• Design packaging and product labels that align with each brand’s positioning and appeal to target audiences
• Collaborate on website design and wireframes with UX/UI best practices in mind
• Set up initial social media presence for new brands, including look & feel, branded templates, and first-wave content posting to establish tone and consistency
• Work side by side with the CEO and creatives team from ideation to launch of multiple brands

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
• 1–2 years of experience in brand design, identity creation, or multimedia content development (internship or professional)
• Strong portfolio showcasing logos, typography, color systems, and packaging/label design
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital-first branding is a plus, including experience setting up and designing Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee storefronts
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate on web design projects
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
