- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with orders and requests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas and kitchens.
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing complaints or concerns promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
