Food Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming food orders from customers or platforms
- Assign delivery drivers based on location, availability, and order priority
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely completion
- Communicate clearly with drivers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding order status
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch times, and driver activity
- Ensure all orders are complete and accurate before dispatch
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or food service preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
