Description - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and food preparation zones.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Effectively communicate any customer feedback to management.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Working Conditions: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a busy environment.
