Job Requirements:
- CPA is advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Managerial role.
- Experience working in Japanese Company is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend face to face interviews once requested
- Amenable to attend work on site.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee asset management, payroll, cash flow, general ledger, AP, and AR.
- Manage inventory valuation, product costing, and manufacturing cost variance analysis.
- Create precise financial statements, management reports, projections, budgets, and corporate, VAT, and WHT tax filings.
- Put internal controls in place, make sure GAAP/IFRS and TFRS are followed, and assist with internal and external audits (such as ISO and GMP).
- Establish clear responsibilities and performance requirements while supervising, coaching, and developing accounting personnel.
- Create SOPs, automate procedures, and streamline workflows in ERP systems.
- Give corporate managers financial insights and suggestions to aid in decision-making.
