Payroll Specialist

J.G Manpower & General Contractor Services Corp.
- Manage the payroll processes for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding payroll processing.
- Maintain payroll records and manage confidential employee information.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and taxes, and prepare payroll reports as required.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
