Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare or business.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated strong work ethic; basic technical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication abilities; empathetic and patient-focused; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism; adaptability to change and willingness to learn.
