Locations:
- Alorica Cubao: 49-77 General Aguinaldo Ave, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila (P. Tuazon, walking distance from Farmer's Plaza) - Cyberpark Araneta
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve concerns and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide technical support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Open Positions, Account & Packages:
Site: Cubao
▪️Telco Voice- 24,500 package
▪️Telco Tech – 28,000 package
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
▪️Financial Account – 21,000 to 25,500 package
▪️Health Care Local account: 20,500
- - medical allied education or experience
