Are you a B2B Sales Team Leader looking for an exciting remote opportunity? We are seeking an experienced leader who can leverage their existing sales team to drive new B2B sales initiatives. If you have a team you manage or can activate, this role is designed for you!
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of salespeople to achieve B2B sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Activate and recruit additional sales representatives to expand your team.
- Utilize provided tools and resources to support your sales organization.
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager , Sales Team Leader , or similar role.
- A strong existing team of salespeople that you can lead or activate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation.
Nice to Have
- Experience in call center management or running a sales agency.
- Background in business development or appointment-setting teams.
- Knowledge of sales tracking and management tools.
