What You'll Do

• Manage customer inquiries via phone , email , and instant messaging to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and set appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both clients and team members.
• Qualify customers by understanding their needs and directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Create engaging ads and manage social media content to enhance our online presence.
• Utilize the Go High Level software system to streamline operations and improve customer interactions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for effective engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
• Experience with Go High Level software or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing or advertising.
