• Graduate of a business-related course.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
• Assist in the company's day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
• Ability to prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and other procurement documents.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Ability to help ensure that purchases comply with the company's procurement policies and approval procedures.
- Assist in the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities of the company.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Help ensure purchases comply with the company's procurement policies and approval procedures.
