PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT
LOCATION: Makati City, Metro Manila
SALARY: ₱19,000 / month
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
WORK SETUP: On-site
JOB OVERVIEW
Assist in the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities of the company, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and adherence to internal procurement policies and approval workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and other essential procurement documentation.
- Coordinate directly with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company procurement policies and standard approval procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Graduate of any Business-related course.
- Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and proficient computer skills.
