Operations Managers oversee the daily operations of a business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Align operations with company goals and market trends.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management.
- Manage plant and oversee supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Atleast 5 years in operations or a similar managerial role.
- Background in Supply Chain Management
- Strong knowledge of woodworking processes and equipment
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
