Description - Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Generate reports and assist with project management tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: SHS Graduate / 2nd year college completer
- Experience Level: Entry level (no experience required) / Open for Fresh Graduates
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with customer service principles
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team player
