Description - Provide timely and effective chat support to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues through live chat interactions.
- Document and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in data entry and maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy
- Skills and Competencies: Understanding of compliance regulations
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of business analysis
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
