Onboarding Associate

Position Summary:

The Onboarding Associate helps to acclimate the new hires to the company's culture and practices. This involves getting the new hires to sign the job offers and training agreements, comply with background checks, submit pre-employment requirements, and complete other necessary paperwork for labor law compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in close liaison with HR and Operations Departments.
• Organize and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
• Conduct background investigations on candidates who pass the interviews.
• Maintain trackers and keep records updated.
• Attend audit meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Help out in the collection of pre-employment requirements.
• Request NT logins for new hires.
• Help prepare and communicate job offers and training agreement details to the new hires.
• Assist in conducting the New Hire Orientation when needed.
• Endorse the list of expected new hires to the Facilities department prior to their start date.
• Assist in accepting walk-in applications when needed.
• Help screen resumes of applicants when needed, especially when volume is high.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature/level or as may be assigned by superiors from time-to-time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent.
• Relevant HR or Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work under pressure and can maintain positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedback and concerns
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to work full time on-site
• Willing to work on holidays

• Willing to start ASAP
