Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is hiring on behalf of a well-established local company in the hardware and building materials industry. We are looking for a Sales Manager to responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, developing new business channels, and leading the sales team toward the achievement of business targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandaue City, Cebu, with a Monday-to-Saturday work schedule and travel outside Metro Cebu as required.
Job Purpose:- The Sales Manager will lead the company's sales initiatives by developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, strengthen customer relationships, and develop new sales channels and business opportunities. The role will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to consistently achieve sales and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion by developing new markets, sales channels, and customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Lead and motivate the sales team toward the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and programs.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Build and maintain a strong and active customer database.
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to strengthen customer relationships and retention.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve individual and overall team performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and other business stakeholders.
- Travel outside Metro Cebu as required to support business expansion and customer development.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in Insurance, Real Estate, FMCG, Sales Distribution, Manufacturing, Hardware, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, market expansion, and channel development.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a sales team.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- High initiative, creativity, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
- Willingness to travel outside Metro Cebu.
