Description - Install and repair electrical motor windings to meet specifications.
- Perform testing and diagnosis of motor failures to determine repair needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Follow safety protocols and best practices in handling electrical components and tools.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of motors for repairs and analysis.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in motor rewinding or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of electrical systems and motor technology.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work in a variety of environments, including manufacturing and service locations.
