Accounts Receivable (Sales)

• Reconcile daily sales reports from all amusement locations against bank deposit records, merchant services statements, and the reports of all the branches on a daily basis.
• Investigate and resolve all cash and non-cash sales discrepancies and variances, reporting significant issues tomanagement promptly.
• Track and follow up on any unidentified deposits or deposits in transit to ensure proper posting andclassification.
• Analyze sales data and transaction logs to identify patterns indicative of potential revenue leakage, fraud, or internal losses across multiple sites.
• Process and record non-cash receivables.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls and procedures related to cash handling and sales reporting at the location level.
• Prepare month-end reports and account reconciliations related to sales, cash, and accounts receivable.
• Liaise with the operations and sales teams to resolve billing and payment disputes.

Inventory

• Assist in maintaining the central inventory ledger for merchandise, prizes, consumables, and spare parts usedacross all amusement branches.
• Reconcile physical inventory counts from various locations against perpetual records, investigating andreporting all material variances, shrinkage, and losses.
• Prepare journals for inventory adjustments, obsolete stock, and inventory shrinkage.
• Verify the accurate application of inventory costs for sales and internal usage.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register for amusement machines and head office equipment, including tracking newacquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, cash collection, accounts receivable aging, and inventory valuation for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized and complete financial records and documentation (paper and digital) in line with company policy.
