REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Open to undergraduates with relevant experience. With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement. With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems. Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements. Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements. Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations. Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values.
