Position: Accounting Manager
Company Industry: Logistics Company
Location : Sta. Rosa City, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary: Php60,000 – Php70,000 Basic Pay
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- With CPA or CMA certification is advantage
- With 2-5 years of accounting or finance role experience
- With supervisory experience is an advantage
- With experience in using any of the accounting software is an advantage
- Amendable to attend Face-to-Face interview
- Can start on August or September
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise Accounting Staff: Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business planning.
- Compliance and Internal Controls: Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and discrepancies.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and variances to support management decision-making.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
- Management Support: Collaborate with other departments and provide financial insights to support business objectives.
