Job Summary
As an Accounting Technician , you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, managing daily transactions, and supporting overall financial operations. This is a great opportunity for either an entry-level candidate looking to launch their career or an experienced professional seeking growth in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in processing financial transactions.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Support general ledger updates, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Help prepare documentation for tax filings and internal audit compliance.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of invoices, receipts, and reports.
- Perform basic routine administrative accounting support as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology is strictly required .
- Senior High School: Graduation from the ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management) track is a big plus.
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with relevant accounting experience.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Makati City location during standard office hours.

- Location: Makati City (100% Onsite)
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
