Sales Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing our sales team to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, customer service, and overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and product training for new sales employees. Develop and deliver sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions. Train sales staff on product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques. Provide coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team performance. Conduct role-playing activities and sales simulations. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with Sales Supervisors and Managers to address training needs. Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments. Evaluate employees' training progress and provide constructive feedback. Keep training content updated based on new products, promotions, and company policies. Assist in developing strategies to improve sales conversion and customer engagement. Prepare training reports and monitor the effectiveness of training programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field is preferred. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales training, coaching, or a related role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Confident in conducting training sessions and speaking in front of groups. Good leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Willing to travel or conduct field training when required. Experience in eBike, automotive, motorcycle, retail, or similar industries is an advantage.
