REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin.
• Open to Foreign national who require a working visa.
• Open to basic level in English for collaborating with international teams)
• Open to college, high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates in any course.
• Having Experience in social media marketing or digital content creation is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in social media management tools and basic design or editing software (such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing applications) is preferred.
• Creative thinking with the ability to recognize online trends and popular topics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to work in Cebu, Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Mandarin Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for handling the daily management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other channels, including planning and creating engaging posts and content.
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and encourage student engagement.
• Assist in producing marketing materials such as videos, images, and promotional content (e.g., student testimonials and campus life features).
• Monitor social media performance by analyzing traffic and conversion metrics, and improve marketing strategies based on the insights gathered.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and student managers to ensure marketing initiatives support and align with sales objectives.
