MEPF Engineer

- Design and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with architects and other engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.
- Make sure MEPF System are aligned and connected for turnover to owner.
- Negotiate with subcon of MEPF.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in MEPF engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong in Quality Management, proficient in written and verbal communication, and knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project execution, ensure quality standards, and coordinate wiring/plumbing tasks.
- Working Conditions: Primarily site-based, with some office work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive leader, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
