Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on company products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer service requests and technical issues.
- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation after every service visit.
- Train customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of equipment.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, and Technical Support teams regarding customer requirements and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend stock replenishment when necessary.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or manufacturers when required.
- Provide technical support during product demonstrations, installations, and warranty services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and timely service.
