What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining complex technical information clearly. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A passion for technology and a desire to help others. Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not required.
