We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin VA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a growing sales engine. This is a 3-in-1 opportunity where you’ll support sales operations, engage with inbound leads, and help drive outbound growth - playing a key role in scaling the business. Work Hours:

POTENTIAL TASKS
Sales Admin Sales Development Representative (SDR) - inbound focus Business Development Representative (BDR) - outbound prospecting Maintain CRM accuracy and hygiene Send personalized follow-ups to leads Build and send proposals Follow up on order forms Prospect within the existing database Qualify inbound leads Conduct outbound outreach (DMs, email, etc.) Coordinate feedback with lead sources Engage with webinar attendees Support relationship-building activities Collaborate with team members and vendorsSKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills Experience with CRM systems Proactive and self-starter mindset Organized and process-driven Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools Sales support or lead generation experience (preferred) Your minimum internet speed should be 10 MBPS and your PC specs should be at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and have 8GB RAM (at the minimum).Vacancy posted 29 days ago
