ABOUT THE ROLE
Start your career in Finance with Cooee. As a Finance Operations Associate, you'll support day-to-day finance and business operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, coordinating administrative activities, and working closely with internal teams and our Australian business partner. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you'll build a strong foundation in finance operations while developing skills that can open future career opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Finance & Administration
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
Support daily finance and administrative operations
Update and maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation
Operations Support
Assist with operational projects and administrative tasks
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Support day-to-day business activities across different functions
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate professionally with internal teams and business partners
Collaborate across departments to support operational initiatives
Gain exposure to partner-facing responsibilities as opportunities arise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Up to 2 years of experience in finance, administration, or office support is an advantage
Graduate of Financial Management, Accountancy, Office Administration, or a related course
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of accounting software is a plus but not required
Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
