Process Engineer Supervisor II Japanese semicon plant Tanauan city

Supervise the transfer of new items, technology, or processes from Mother Factory or Headquarters to PMM.

Supervise production plan support through the engineering department to ensure that all jobs are processed.

Cross-functional coordination and collaboration within PMM.

Team related to process or line handled up to PMM management.

Continually seek to improve all processes to perform work, and continually improve products in terms of quality.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in the following Engineering courses:

o Chemical or Ceramics Engineering

o Electrical Engineering

o Electronics Engineering

o Mechanical Engineering

o Metallurgical Engineering

With at least 5 years of experience.

Attended several trainings related to Leadership and Management.

With good interpersonal relations, effective communication, management & negotiation skills.
