Location: BGC, Taguig Setup: Hybrid (2x/week onsite) Schedule: Midhshift Employment Type: 6 months contract, renewable or subject for absorption depending on performance Responsibilities: A key project role that requires the candidate to provide effective project management by: • Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and delivery teams • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, trackers, and key project artefacts to support delivery governance • Tracking progress against plan, identifying delivery risks and issues early, and maintaining RAID logs with clear mitigation actions • Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across Finance, HR, IT, and other impacted business areas • Preparing status updates, governance materials, and action trackers to support transparent reporting and decision-making • Interpreting business requirements and translating them into structured project activities, deliverables, and follow-up actions Requirements: • Preferred knowledge on tools o Portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Co-Pilot/ Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), MS Excel • Qualifications: o Minimum bachelor’s degree a must o Strong Project Management skills o Must be intermediate level in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: o Excellent attention to detail o Highly organised o Good understanding of project delivery to be able to challenge o Ability to work in a very sensitive and confidential environment. o Proactive approach, results focused, highly motivated, self-starter, critical thinker and problem-solver o Ability to closely partner with senior stakeholders, Project Manager and Programme Managers (across geographies) on projects
