We are Hiring a Voice Customer Service Representative who can deliver excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone
- Provide accurate product, service, and account information
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Document calls and follow procedures
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Meet performance targets and support team goals
Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication skills ( English )
- Customer-service oriented , with patience and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately
- Willing to work on flexible shifts
- Prior BPO or call center experience is a plus but not required
- Senior High School Graduate or College level accepted
