Call Center Agent

- Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and helpful assistance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and others.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Document and log customer interactions, transactions, and details of complaints or concerns.
- Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
- Preferably a College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
- With at least 1 year Customer Service Experience.
- Good English communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Must be trainable on Medical terms
- Good comprehension skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- 100% Work Onsite (ILO)
- 20% Night differential
- HMO coverage for employee upon Day 1 and HMO dependent upon certification
- Life and Accident Insurance
- Annual increase based on performance
