Description - Provide direct assistance to sales representatives to enhance customer service and sales performance.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the database.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and provide product information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in any relevant field
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of sales processes
