Job Description: Sales Executive – Machine Shop Fabrication Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our machine shop fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and promoting our fabrication services to diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in machine shop fabrication services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing, construction, automotive, aerospace, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales within manufacturing, machining, or fabrication industries.
- Strong technical understanding of machining processes, fabrication methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machining, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine welding, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
