As an Account Executive, you are responsible for acquiring and retaining customers to help achieve our revenue goals. This is a full-time, hybrid role involving work at our Quezon City office, off-site assignments, and regular fieldwork, requiring commitment and flexibility. The schedule is Monday to Friday.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and, when necessary, to executive management. The role requires close coordination with the Sales Manager to ensure a smooth and transparent sales process. Fieldwork may involve using public transportation or company-provided transport as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidates must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree in any field and have at least two years of experience in corporate sales within the logistics and transportation industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are required. The role involves regular travel within assigned territories, so candidates must be willing to go on business trips as needed.
- Applicants must demonstrate high integrity, good moral character, and maintain a clean professional record.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating sales leads for both local and international markets.
- Conducting sales calls to engage potential clients.
- Dispatching sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Analyzing and understanding the service requirements of potential clients.
- Maintaining customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned from time to time.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND PERQUISITES:
- Starts at Php 23,887.36per month
- Sales commission upon satisfactorily meeting sales quotas and/or targets
- Hybrid Working Arrangement (Offsite and onsite work)
- Sick/Medical Leave, Vacation Leave, Emergency Leaves, Birthday Leaves, Bereavement Leaves are offered upon regularization
- Other Government benefits as required by Law
