About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join New Flavor House, Inc. as a Sales Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The role is based in Potrero, Malabon City and is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Set achievable sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these goals
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to the sales team to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure a coordinated approach to customer acquisition and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track progress and inform future strategy
- Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience at all times
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and use insights to drive business performance
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
