Overview

Xerox is seeking a Digital Marketing Producer to manage the implementation of digital content development projects from initial planning through production launch. This role will support Digital Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing Leads in creating, maintaining, and optimizing engaging digital experiences across Xerox’s corporate websites.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and web content production, with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external agencies to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality digital content.

What You Will Do

• Partner with stakeholders, Digital Marketing Managers, development teams, and external agencies to define and document requirements for new and updated web content.
• Create, update, and publish global web pages according to approved specifications, digital marketing processes, and best practices.
• Build and maintain web content in multiple languages using content management systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, task estimates, deliverables, and production timelines.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Coordinate technical implementation requirements with development teams.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure digital content and experiences are accurate, consistent, functional, and delivered on time.
• Complete final project reviews and hand over deliverables to Digital Marketing Managers for stakeholder approval.
• Apply SEO best practices and use appropriate tools to support content optimization.
• Prepare ad hoc website performance and analytics reports.
• Develop an understanding of Xerox products, services, messaging, and customer benefits to recommend effective digital experiences.
• Support content publishing activities and help train new team members on content management processes.
• Contribute to brand campaigns, content strategy initiatives, website optimization efforts, and other special projects.
• Stay informed about emerging practices, technologies, and trends in digital content production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability and close attention to detail.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience using web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Experience building, publishing, and maintaining web pages in multiple languages.
• Experience supporting digital content integrations involving social media, demand generation, or advertising.
• Experience coordinating technical implementations with development teams.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and implementation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate conceptual and technical information effectively to team members and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage changing requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects within established schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.
• Experience working in a technical business environment with engineers.
• Experience working for a publicly traded company.
