We are looking for an Architect to develop architectural and interior design concepts, create technical drawings, and collaborate with international clients. The ideal candidate has advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD , strong design and visualization skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements and client objectives.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models using ArchiCAD .
- Prepare design presentations, renderings, and visualizations for client reviews.
- Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Utilize SketchUp , Revit , Adobe Creative Suite , and rendering software to support design development and presentations.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, standards, and company quality requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and international clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (Required).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite , and other 3D visualization/rendering software.
- Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
- Strong design, presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
