- Job title: Virtual Assistant
- Time Zone: At least 4 hours of overlap per day with the founders, who are based in Bali (WITA), is required
- Hours: Part-time (10h/week with the possibility of increasing)
- Engage with comments on social media.
- Engage with social media feeds.
- Engage with posts from specific people.
- Client Testimonials: Edit client testimonials (approximately 0.5 hours per week).
- YouTube: Write YouTube video descriptions (approximately 0.5 hours per week).
- Invoice Payments: Pay invoices on behalf of the team (approximately 0.5 hours per week).
- Founders’ Personal Administration: Handle personal admin tasks for the founders (approximately 0.5 hours per week), including:
- Scheduling.
- Personal admin tasks, such as booking flights.
Our client is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support social media engagement and assist with various administrative tasks for the founders and team. The role starts at 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing over time.
Responsibilities
1. Social Media Engagement
Workload: 5-8 hours per week
Availability Requirement: Online between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
2. Additional Administrative Tasks
Workload: Varies depending on the task.
