Responsibilities
Maintenance Support
-Assist Maintenance Crew in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
-Observe and follow safety procedures while working with electrical components
-Participate in routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Maintenance Planning Assistance
-Support the Maintenance Planning team in developing and updating maintenance schedules.
-Help in tracking and documenting completed and upcoming maintenance tasks.
-Assist in analyzing maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.
Materials Control and Reporting
-Assist in reviewing and monitoring the availability of materials needed for maintenance activities.
-Participate in weekly materials inventory review and report preparation.
-Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
Procurement Coordination
-Assist in liaising with suppliers and vendors for procurement-related activities.
-Support in reviewing purchase requests and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
-Help in tracking orders and following up on deliveries to maintain workflow continuity.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
-Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Basic knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance planning, and materials management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
