Description - Design and implement production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Monitor production metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
