Merchandising Supervisor

The role involves supervising merchandising activities, conducting store visits, monitoring displays and planogram compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to support sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor merchandising activities across assigned stores or locations.
- Ensure proper product display, availability, pricing, and planogram compliance.
- Conduct regular store visits and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and presentation.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams regarding merchandising requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and help ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve merchandising performance.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of merchandising staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising principles, product displays, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to conduct regular store visits and fieldwork as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
