Customer Service Representative - Hygiene Services Campaign

Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers
- Assist clients with inquiries about hygiene products (e.g., disinfectants, cleaning solutions, sanitation services)
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell or recommend additional hygiene products/services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Follow company policies and meet performance targets (KPIs, CSAT, etc.)
